Facebook advertising can be a very effective marketing tool.

Targeted Audiences: Facebook advertising can reach highly targeted audiences, for example, male or female, in a specified age range and with an interest in small business. It is also possible to target by geographical region, for example within 50kms of a specific town centre.

How it works:

• Facebook ads can be set up as lead generators; when a prospect clicks on the ad, they are requested to fill in a (pre-populated) form with their information. Alternately, they can be set up to direct web clicks to a particular webpage (for example, aramex.com.au/Brisbane/warehousing-facilities).
   
• There is also the flexibility to add pre-qualifying questions. For example: What type of goods are you typically looking to send?
   
• For lead-generating campaigns, the lead information is sent directly to your nominated email. For web click campaigns, lead information is captured on the webpage that prospects are sent to.
   
• All text can be tailored to fit the region to ensure the messaging suits your target audience.
