Facebook has proven to be a very effective recruitment tool.

Minimum budget: From $500 (ex GST) per month

Target Audience: Able to advertise directly to your preferred target audience. For example, Males/Females, 20-60, Interest in small business etc.

Target Regions: Able to target by region – town centre plus 50kms etc.

How it works:
> The Facebook ads are set up as either lead generators, when a prospect clicks on the ad they are requested to fill in a (pre-populated) form with their information. Alternatively they are set up as web clicks where those who click on the ad are directed to a particular webpage. For example: Aramex.com.au/Brisbane/warehousing-facilities.

> There is also the flexibility to add a few questions in order to do some prequalifying. For example: What type of goods are you typically looking to send?

> For lead generating campaigns the lead information is sent directly to the email of your choosing. For web click campaigns lead information is captured on the webpage prospects are sent to.
