Information Sessions (Recruitment Seminars) are a great way to meet face-to-face with prospects.

We can assist you with organising a Mailchimp (email/eDM) and/or Facebook campaign to promote your event. The ideal lead time for the setup of this campaign is 5 weeks before your event.

MailChimp (email/eDM) Campaign

We extract CF leads that have enquired through the website from a specific date. This will be your "audience" for this MailChimp campaign.

We will create 3 eDM templates, for you to send out to this audience:

> EDM 1- sent out 2 weeks prior (first contact)

> EDM 2 - sent out 1 week prior (second contact "have you seen our previous email?" etc.)

> EDM 3 - sent out within the same week of the event (last chance to register)

The audience is prompted to register for your event via https://www.aramex.com.au/franchising/information-session/

The leads captured via this webpage are sent directly to the lead contact you specify (eg recruitment manager), for further follow up to confirm attendance.

Facebook Campaign

Minimum budget: From $500 (ex GST) per month

Target Audience: Able to advertise directly to your preferred target audience. For example, Males/Females, 20-60, Interest in small business etc.

How it works:
The Facebook ads are set up to capture prospect's contact details. The leads gained from Facebook are sent directly to your lead contact, for further follow up to confirm attendance.
